You should have hands-on experience with Zapier or Make — either through our Workflow Automation course or at least 3 months of building your own automations independently. You should understand triggers, actions, and filters and have at least 3-5 automations currently running. If you are completely new to automation, start with the Workflow Automation course first.

Accepted Answer

The basic course covers individual automations with 2-5 steps. This track builds full process automations with 10-20+ steps, AI integration, conditional logic, error handling, and real-time monitoring. You will also learn n8n for self-hosted automation and how to connect LLM APIs directly to your workflows — capabilities not covered in the introductory course.
